Jose has always put the customer first. He makes sure that the bike you buy is the one best suited for you. He doesn't try to get you buy a bike that isn't selling that great . He's honest, respectful and patient. I'd like to add a personal comment now.. your policy of not accepting checks for purchases is going to cost you profits in the future . I've hesitated to make a purchase bigger that thirty dollars at your dealership because of this policy. what are you going to do during xmas sales and a customer wants to spent $500 on a coat or part and you turn down his check' he'll end up going to Northwoods Harley or Fondulac Harley where they take checks.
