I recently purchased a 2024 Tri-glide and had an unfortunate, unforeseeable problem and had to have it towed to my house, right after leaving the dealership. They promptly arranged to have it picked up, put me at the top of the list and had it delivered home the same day. The problem was a fuel connection INSIDE the fuel tank. Great group of people.
